Today is Remembrance Day, a day to rememberĀ all those who died to protect our freedom. Because of this, there is a national bank holiday in both Canada and the US.

The national holiday on the other side of the pond has meant there is very little data out that may influence the strength of both Canadian and US Dollar so all eyes will be on the Pound and UK economy.

So far this morning we have seen the Pound have a relatively quiet start, but UK unemployment data released at 9.30am has given a small amount of strength to the UK currency against the US Dollar whilst showing a slight decline against the Canadian Dollar.
