Sterling exchange rates rallied against the NZD today at one point by over 1%. By close of trading however, the Kiwi dollar had recovered to leave rates stable on the day. This highlights how important it is to be in a position to move as by securing your dollars at the high of the day this would have gained you an extra 4,000 NZD compared to the close on a £200k transfer.
